Tests showed Ramsden, who currently works as a cell beautician, had 126 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine (BZE) – the breakdown product of cocaine – in her blood when she was pulled over in the village of Dutton, near Chester. The legal restrict is 50 mg.

Ramsden set up her dance school, SJ Pure Street, in 2011 after achieving the finals of a talent festival. 

She took adult studying qualifications, went on a Prince’s Trust path and won a first assist qualification to upload to her BTEC National Diploma in dance and taught dance at a native primary school.

She later organised dance displays at carnivals and featured in the native press hailing the health benefits of dance.

She stated at the time: ‘I truly want to give something back into the group. I want other folks to dance, smile and feel good.’

But Miss Jessica Pridding, prosecuting, said: ‘On Saturday July 29 of last year, a blue Mercedes A class was spotted on Northwich Road in Dutton exceeding the velocity restrict and straddling the white line.

‘The officials brought the automobile to a prevent. As they approached the automobile there was a strong aroma of cannabis coming from the car.

‘He was blatant about it and was her boyfriend at the time – although my consumer’s dad would no longer like me to describe the approach he describes him.

‘The partying and the other issues that have led to this have left a lasting affect on this young lady and will do for a significant time period due to the inevitable disqualification.

‘She is a single parent and from school she skilled as a dancer. She taught children street dancing from the ages of 5 to teenagers, and some adults as well. 

‘Covid put paid for that for more than a few causes and during lockdown she got a activity as an Asda supply motive force, as many of us did.

‘During her time as a dance trainer, she went again to college to educate as a beautician and he or she has been doing that with a measure of good fortune but being a cellular beautician this is completed.

‘Clearly, she is a hard-working woman and could be very ashamed at being here, embarrassed. She is heartbroken, really. To be here along with your daughter and pop is not great in some respects.

‘She will likely be back in work doing something as fast as she will be able to. Her daughter works nights at a pub in Runcorn and has got problems getting to paintings. 

‘Her son is eight years old. They are all going to suffer.’

Sentencing Ramsden, JP Alan Davies mentioned: ‘We can see that you're hugely, hugely dissatisfied but we'd like to undergo the system. 

‘There is no possibility for the disqualification. But according to your skill to pay whilst unemployed and now not on a wage, the high-quality can be very a lot reduced.

‘Because of your previous good character and steered guilty plea, we are reducing the period of the disqualification. ‘I am sure that there's no doubt you won’t force however I would like to advise you that in the event you do pressure, it is a very serious offence.’
