Fans of the vastly common BBC length drama Gentleman Jack were cut up this night after a big twist in the show’s plots – and a change to main character Anne Lister which is turning into extra visual with every passing episode of sequence two.
The collection two fourth episode saw Suranne Jones go back as Halifax businesswoman and ‘first trendy lesbian’ Anne Lister while Sophie Rundle persisted her position as Ann Walker.
During the episode, Anne Lister is drawn back into her ‘complicated previous’ with her ex Mariana (extra on that below…), and she hears some unpleasant truths about Mariana’s husband Charles. At the top of the episode, Anne and Ann are reunited but audience weren't too fascinated with what Anne were given up to simply before that.

But something that audience are discovering it hard to glance past at the moment is Anne Lister’s apparently ever-thickening eyebrows, which people are saying have frequently were given bigger every episode since sequence 1.

But it used to be Anne’s actions that had other folks fuming in the episode, after she (SPOILER ALERT): cheated on Ann with Mariana ahead of the pair had been reunited.
