A husband who reported his preschool teacher wife missing on New Year’s Eve has been arrested after police officers found her shot dead in a box in Michigan.
Amanda Marie Hilton, 31, was found out on Tuesday morning on a patch of land at the back of her condo complex in Southgate, Detroit.
Husband Ryan Hilton was arrested having reported that the mother-of-two was final noticed overdue on New Year’s Eve.
Hilton is co-operating with police and stays in custody, but he has not been charged with any crime.
