Jurors convicted a Colorado guy of murdering his ex-girlfriend and her new lover.
Prosecutors stated Kevin Dean Eastman, 49, killed and virtually decapitated musician Stanley “Scott” Sessions, 54, in a have compatibility of rage in February 2020. He shot Heather Frank, 48, twice within the center several days later, the state said.

“Let me assist this man get to the bottom of this situation,” Eastman stated in a verbal prayer recorded in the interrogation room. He requested for the discernment to lend a hand resolve the case.

Both sides agreed that Eastman and Frank’s prior courting was poisonous and volatile. Prosecutors construed it as abusive. For instance, prosecutor Steve Wrenn stated Eastman once yanked hair out of Frank’s head. The cycle of violence started in 2015, he stated.
Eastman was once living with his sister and not doing neatly, Wrenn said. He used to be a broken man and breaking apart with Frank was once lengthy late, the prosecution said. But he was dependant on his sister for housing.
