Not all Real Housewives franchises are made to last. After launching shows in Orange County, New York City, Atlanta, New Jersey, Washington, D.C. and Beverly Hills, Bravo created the Real Housewives of Miami.
Season 1, which starred Lea Black, Adriana de Moura, Alexia Echevarria, Marysol Patton, Larsa Pippen and Cristy Rice, premiered in February 2011. After Larsa and Cristy left the collection, Lisa Hochstein, Joanna Krupa, Ana Quincoces and Karent Sierra joined the cast for seasons 2 and three. While RHOM closing aired in 2013, Andy Cohen didn’t confirm that the show was completed for excellent till 2016.
“I knew the primary query [all the way through a Q&A in Miami] was going to be when is The Real Housewives of Miami coming back, and I said, ‘Never say by no means,’” the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host wrote in his 2016 e-book, Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries. “But I could see from the ladies’s faces that they didn’t consider me after which I kind of didn’t imagine me, however I was getting nostalgic for them.”
After Cohen’s e book used to be released, Lea mirrored on the display in a YouTube video.
“It wasn’t the rankings since the ratings have been equal to many of the opposite presentations at the air on the time so I don’t assume it was the ratings. The scheduling may have had something to do with it as a result of they [Bravo] changed every week, it used to be on a special night time or different instances so that was once a bit of confusing,” she mentioned in December 2016. “For me, it was once only a blip on my radar, it was four years, 30 episodes, three seasons out of my lifestyles.
