NEW LENOX, Ill. (WLS) — Part of I-355 is closed after a plane landed on the Tollway near New Lenox Thursday.Illinois State Police spoke back after a small white Beechcraft airplane made an emergency landing within the southbound lanes of I-355, in keeping with preliminary reviews.
Police stated the emergency landing was once because of unknown mechanical problems.
Two southbound lanes of I-355 are currently close down while police investigate.
No other knowledge has been supplied at this time.
