Star Angela Kinsey shared the secret in this week’s episode in their podcast Office Ladies telling Jenna Fischer, who performed Pam on the display, that the script originally had Jan reveal how she paid a sexy penny for tennis player Andy Roddick’s seed.

Jenna had a powerful idea about how Andy got written into the scene, revealing that the athlete was a fan and good friend of Rainn Wilson, who played Dwight Schrute. 

‘I've to believe that the explanation why they wrote it as being Andy Roddick’s sperm was a bit of little bit of a nod to Andy, who has an important humorousness,’ she said.
